I am a freelance architecture designer specialising in architectural visualisation, competition support, and spatial design. My work connects creative ambition with technical precision — whether developing a competition entry or designing an interior from scratch.

As a freelance architecture designer, I work with architectural offices across the Netherlands and internationally — providing visualisation support, competition assistance, and spatial design. I cover the full design process from initial concept to final deliverables.

Urban design and architectural visualisation project for the southern gateway of Naples, Italy — created during an international architecture competition workshop. Moramanga Church
— Madagascar

Architecture competition entry for a community church in Moramanga, Madagascar — Young Architects Competition. Architectural visualisation, render creation and post-production by freelance architecture designer Liza Zaiceva. The design uses rammed earth walls, thatched roofs, and woven panels — combining local craftsmanship with a rainwater filtration system integrated into the church walls.
